About Henry
Henry Hershkowitz is a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Over the last eleven years, Henry and the team he founded has sold over $1.6 Billion of residential real estate in New York City, including the new developments 15 William, 166 Perry, 123 Third, and Related's esteemed 520 West 28th Street project by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid. His honest, no-nonsense style, acute legal knowledge, and fierce professionalism make him the person you want on your side of the deal.
Henry received his BA from Columbia College and his JD from NYU School of Law. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, he practiced law on Wall Street, opened acclaimed restaurants and movie theaters, and was the Creative Director of an iconic American brand. A passion for design led Henry to act as general contractor while renovating multiple NYC apartments and historic upstate homes. Throughout, he developed an arsenal of the city's finest interior designers, contractors, architects, and craftsmen contacts.
A caring and patient man, Henry lives in the Village with his husband and their eighteen year old twins.
