About Heidi
Heidi Binder is a trusted realtor with more than two decades of experience in both national and international commercial and residential real estate. With a majority of her business built by referrals, she boasts an extensive network of respected, Austin-based photographers, stagers, loan officers, home inspectors, and contractors. Moreover, as a certified negotiation expert and pricing strategy analyst, clients can be assured that Heidi will be with them through every step of the process– from initial home viewings to final signatures.
Heidi believes that extensive planning leads to seamless transactions. She strategically approaches each listing, leveraging in-depth market knowledge to win top-dollar deals for her clients. In her early 20s, Heidi left Austin to live and work in the Caribbean facilitating multimillion-dollar investments for multiple commercial properties and islands across the U.S. Virgin Islands. Upon returning to the states in 2011, Heidi franchised a location of one of the world’s largest sail manufacturers, Quantum Sails, in New York. She returned to Austin full-time in 2011, where she has made her mark on the Austin and Central Texas real estate market.
Having first moved to Austin in 1998, Heidi has enjoyed seeing the city transform. For her, it’s a breath of fresh air to live and work in such a vibrant, unique, and culturally rich area. Outside of real estate, Heidi spends time with her husband and son, checking out live music, local markets and festivals, and the diverse culinary scene. When not rooting for the UT Longhorns, they also spend time day tripping in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
