Heema entered the real estate industry just days after graduating from college. Early in his career, the best advice he got was to turn his rental business into a sales business. Originally from New Jersey, Heema graduated from Villanova University with a degree in economics and a double minor in communications and Spanish. He owns a home in Greenwich Village and loves spending time with friends and family, reading, running and traveling.
