Heather Stansbury

I absolutely love real estate.  I come from a background of construction...my Father and Uncle are custom home builders so I guess you could say I've been around real estate since I was little.  Before I became a Realtor, I worked for some local Delaware homebuilders and became very familiar with the home building process from start to finish and everything that it entails.  I love working with 1st time homebuyers and enjoy the challenge of helping someone find their dream home, no matter the budget.  There is never a dull moment in this business and I really truly enjoy meeting new people and going to new and different places each week.  I especially enjoy exploring older, historic homes and seeing the beautiful architecture and intricate woodwork found in these types of homes.  I live in Smyrna with my 12 year old son, his Dad, and our dog Smalls.  When not working, I enjoy spending time with my close knit family in Maryland or at the church I've attended since I was a teenager.
