About Heather
Houston native Heather Fordham has lived in the city for more than forty years — she spent twenty years in The Heights and another twenty in Cypress. Heather has deep roots in the town, and most of her extended family resides nearby. From a young age, Heather aspired to have a career that would allow her to help people in big ways, and what way is more significant than assisting people in finding their dream home? Her family had a natural inclination toward real estate, with her grandparents owning several rental properties while she was growing up.
Heather’s multi-family career started in Houston when she was 25 and working her way from leasing to acquisitions/sales of multi-family took her to Dallas and back to Houston where she decided to get her real estate license. Since then, Heather has continued her industry education with knowledge of insurance licenses, property management, and specific investment strategies. Her financial background means she can provide long-term financial planning along with investment property management. Whether you’re seeking long-term or short-term assistance, Heather can confidently offer a comprehensive approach tailored to helping you accomplish your specific goals.
She specializes in educating her clients on the process from start to finish, ensuring they understand the fundamentals of the transaction and know all of the exit strategies. Known for unmatched client devotion and passionate advocacy, Heather dedicates herself to helping buyers and sellers create generational wealth for their families moving forward. She doesn’t limit herself to any specific demographic and is happy to help anyone, including first-time homebuyers, investors, empty nesters, and beyond.
Most of all, Heather cherishes the opportunity to impact those she encounters positively. Whenever she sees the chance to create positive change or elevate other small businesses with referrals or direct employment, Heather seizes the chance.
Heather lives in Houston with her husband, Kevin. They have a 25-year-old son, Stephen, who lives in Dallas. As a huge sports fan, Heather loves baseball and soccer, with her favorite teams being the Astros and Manchester United. Heather is a dedicated community activist and an avid dog lover––she has two rescue Pitbulls named Lola & Gypsy. Be sure to wave if you see them out for a walk!
