Heather Domi is a highly experienced and skilled real estate agent with over 23 years of expertise in the industry. She specializes in the luxury markets in Manhattan and South Florida and has a strong background within new development sales and marketing. With a proven track record of success, Heather has sold over $1.6 billion in residential real estate in New York City and has consistently been ranked in the top 1% nationally by the Wall Street Journal/Real Trends and within the top 30 in NYC. 


As the founding Chairperson of the New York Residential Agent Continuum (NYRAC), Heather has been instrumental in elevating the status of the residential brokerage profession in New York City. Her commitment to ethics, advocacy, and education has earned her a respected place in the industry, as well as her election to the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Residential Board of Directors. 


In addition, Heather is a member of the exclusive Sports & Entertainment Division at Compass. The prestigious division offers a national network of specialists dedicated to helping athletes and artists find their perfect home. With connections to over 160 Sports & Entertainment agents providing personalized attention and the marketing and tech prowess of a national brokerage, Heather is equipped to elevate the real estate experience for her clients in the world of sports and entertainment.

She has worked on a number of high-profile projects, including 15 William Street, Soho Mews, and the esteemed 520 West 28th Street project by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid. 


Heather is known for her natural and relaxed approach, which traces back to her Ohio roots. Her clients appreciate her friendly demeanor and honest commitment to their success, with unwavering determination to put their needs first. She is a specialist in luxury and high-end properties and has a reputation for being able to sell anything. 


As a proud dog owner with three dogs, Heather has a down-to-earth personality that makes her approachable and easy to work with. She holds a Master's Degree from St. Thomas University and has her real estate license in Florida, which allows her to assist her clients in secondary home markets ranging from Palm Beach to Miami and the Hamptons. With her extensive experience and commitment to integrity, Heather is the ideal real estate professional for anyone looking to buy or sell a luxury property.
