Known as the Realtor With A Flashlight, I incorporate years of experience as a scientist, home renovator, and home inspector to my work. Due to my passion of wanting to make homes safer and healthier, I started my real estate journey by renovating homes and becoming a certified home inspector. I have inspected well over a 1,000 properties, and have a diverse experience of Pittsburgh’s homes, from century-aged construction to modern suburban neighborhoods. From my inspection background, I have critical and technical perspectives, which adds value to my client's real estate experience.
