About Hayim
An Associate Real Estate Broker, and co-partner of The Johnson & Nommaz Team, Hayim Nommaz entered residential sales in 2007 working alongside Michael Johnson from day one. Known for their superior level of personalized service and consistent successful results, they represent a diverse clientele and handle transactions in every price range, from moderate to high-end rentals, to luxury apartment and townhouse sales in Manhattan.

Clients have even entrusted these industry experts with transactions where they’ve purchased $5M+ investment properties sight unseen – the ultimate testament to the incredible knowledge, brutal honesty, and unflinching dedication they bring to every deal. It’s not at all surprising then that most of their business comes from referrals and repeat customers who wouldn’t think to use anyone else.

Hayim came into real estate with a seasoned financial and corporate background, armed with exceptional analytical and negotiating skills that greatly benefit his clients. He held positions at top firms like PricewaterhouseCoopers and Capital Markets, and more recently as a Corporate Strategist responsible for marketing, sales, product development, and brokering multiple deals for a multi-national. Yet his strongest suit and deepest passion is educating clients on the market and helping people achieve their goals. Invaluable savviness with data, technology, strategy and number-crunching is complemented by his genuine love for being of service.

The Johnson & Nommaz Team takes each client’s need to heart, gives their all to every deal, and puts the COMPASS in COMPASSION which is the hallmark of their unique brand of service. “We are not one-time transactional brokers. Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, Hayim is a Downtown Manhattan resident since 1995 and an owner of condos in both Chelsea and the West Village. He graduated magna cum laude with a BS from Georgetown School of Business, and earned an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business. Hayim is multilingual in English, Turkish, Italian, Spanish and French, an avid skier, and a cooking enthusiast.
