Harrison Williams

Harrison is a Laguna Beach local, now settled in Encinitas providing experience in both the Orange County and San Diego real estate markets. His knowledge across various towns and understanding of each neighborhood ensures you get the true feel for a property and everything it has to offer.

Having gone to college at the University of Colorado Boulder, Harrison has worked to build a commercial real estate portfolio in the state of Colorado, as well as maintains his license with Compass in Denver as part of the Mile High Lifestyles Team.

Harrison received his Masters in Real Estate Development from Georgetown to further broaden his knowledge in the real estate industry, specifically as it pertains to financing deals and understanding local and statewide code.

In addition to working with clients on their buying and selling needs, Harrison oftentimes consults on renovation projects — having personally renovated multiple properties of varying scale. From smaller updates to full scale remodels, Harrison can help guide the process to increase the value of your property.
