About Harrison
If there is anything Harrison Casagrande learned in the dozen years he spent in the United States Coast Guard, it’s how to problem-solve in service of a mission. That and the countless skills he acquired during tours aboard the Cutter Juniper and Cutter Willow, and finally stationed in Miami as part of the Maritime Safety and Security Team, all add up to significant benefit for his Compass clients in South Florida. Following his career in the Coast Guard, Harrison worked in property management for a large, luxury, new-construction condominium development in downtown Miami. From there, he pursued account management and business development in the telecommunications industry, all while concurrently completing his associate’s degree in business and progressing towards completion of his bachelor’s degree. Throughout, Harrison has displayed integrity, perseverance, and great skill at relationship-building.
Partnering with both buyers and sellers, Harrison is knowledgeable about all South Florida, working from Miami to West Palm Beach. His comprehension of Miami condominiums derives from his experience as a property manager as well as his tenure as a member of the board of directors of his own residence. He is highly observant and detail-oriented, adept at financial and contract negotiation, and able to collaborate with outside vendors and third parties. As a Coast Guard officer, Harrison traveled the world, helping with major disaster relief, ensuring the security of heads of state and high-level dignitaries, and managing training and personnel protocols for his team.
It was the Coast Guard that initially brought Harrison to Miami, and it was Miami that convinced him to put down personal and professional roots in South Florida. He is honored by the opportunity to serve military and veterans in achieving their real estate goals, and for all his clients offers a commitment to honesty and dedication.
