About Hannah
Hannah is a trusted real estate partner to her clients, helping them become educated buyers and sellers who can navigate the competitive market with confidence. She believes that the long-term success of her clients is more important than any single transaction, an attitude that has allowed her to build her business exclusively by referral. She sticks with her clients through all stages of homeownership, helping them make the most of their home and investment.
Hannah brings a unique experience and knowledge of construction, remodeling, and investment, which she loves to share with her clients. Growing up in Portland, in an older neighborhood undergoing enormous change (like many Austin neighborhoods), she saw first hand how a house could grow with its owners and, if done right, become a valuable investment.
Inspired by the hands-on process of remodeling, after graduating from college, she worked in residential remodeling (yes, she swung a hammer). In 2000 she moved to Austin to pursue her master’s degree in historic preservation/architectural history at the University of Texas. Similar to many one-time students, she fell in love with the city and decided to stay and purchase her first house, which eventually became the beginning of a rental portfolio. She lives with her husband, two kids, and two dogs in a 1962 home, purchased from the original owner, which is a source of joy and continuous projects!
Hannah is a consummate professional, a prodigious listener, a patient partner, and a calm but tough negotiator. Whether you purchased your home with Hannah or not, she is always happy to provide referrals, consultations, and help with strategic planning when it comes to Real Estate.
