Hannah believes that home is the most important place in a person's life. It is where the most intimate and personal events occur, where one can be their most vulnerable selves. Whether welcoming new family members, celebrating holidays, important milestones, or tough times, Hannah absolutely loves witnessing the excitement and joy her clients feel when envisioning themselves in a new home and their next chapters! She believes that the best agents are hyper-focused in their practice rather than generalists in many areas. For this reason, she has chosen to work exclusively with buyer clients.
Hannah resides in Cambridge with her husband, Chaz, two sons, Theodore and Bennett, and two pups, Heidi and Sophie. Hannah has sold homes in seven different states, held real estate licenses in five, and moved nine times across six states in the past 15 years. If anyone can provide compassion and relate to buyers, it's Hannah.
Like many Cantabrigians (that is the term for residents of Cambridge), she is a transplant, most recently hailing from our nation's capital, where she worked at Sotheby's International Realty. She had the privilege of selling some of the most notable homes in DC and working alongside the city's top agents. Working with high-end clientele, she learned the value of providing unparalleled service, anticipating her clients' needs, and making herself available with undivided attention and focus.
Hannah is recognized by her colleagues for her ability to present creative yet clean offers on behalf of her clients and her ability to negotiate win-win situations for all parties. She believes that her ability to build rapport with others is one of her biggest assets, as well as practicing integrity in all that she does. Hannah is the buyer agent listing agents want to work with.
Hannah is extremely analytical and enjoys getting down and dirty with the numbers! She seeks to provide data points that are not only interesting but also most useful to her clients. Her clients look forward to receiving her quarterly Camberville report; some have even called it a coveted resource. Hannah believes that looking at data is a great starting point, but also strives to collect anecdotes from other agents and active buyers in the market. You can find her at open houses on the weekends, boots on the ground, having these invaluable conversations with buyers. She believes it is extremely important to understand the nuances of the market and be an active participant in order to best represent the needs of her clients.
Hannah strongly believes in investing in and participating in the community where she lives to make it better for future generations and to retain the integrity of the community's uniqueness. As a former elementary art teacher, Hannah holds education equity near and dear to her heart. She supports many organizations that strive to make public education better for all. In her spare time, she enjoys many outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and snowboarding. She is also a connoisseur of playgrounds.
