My name is Hailey Gillum, and as a Nashville native, I have had the pleasure of seeing and participating in Nashville and its surrounding areas develop into the vibrant city it is today. From as far back as I can remember, I played on construction sites, watched families move in and out of neighborhoods and learned the importance of investing in real estate. You see, I was born into a family of REALTORs. When it was my turn to go into the world, I proudly followed in my dad's footsteps. I began my own career in 2009 selling new construction homes for 2 nationally recognized home builders. It was exciting to watch a community grow from out of the dirt right before my eyes. I loved being a part of making that happen for buyers looking for a place to call home.
It was during those years, that I began investing in real estate myself. Because of the security and the freedom I experienced for myself, I decided that my calling and passion would be to help others like me feel empowered through homeownership and find financial independence through their investment opportunities.
In 2016 I branched out and created my own real estate clientele. Because of the trust I had built with those that I helped buy their new homes, my business began to grow through referrals. As my business continued to grow, more and more satisfied clients referred me to their friends and family. In order to continue serving my clients at the highest level (my #1 priority), I knew I needed to create a team. I was so fortunate to find a like-minded and knowledgeable person to with similar foals and ideals. We quickly became Hailey Gillum & Co.
