About Gregory

Hailing from one of Denver's oldest and largest families, Gregory's first love for his hometown came from working in his family's local restaurants like Sam’s No. 3, as a kid. His grandfather came from Greece in search of better educational opportunities for his children, and was a prominent developer, investor, and fixture of the Cherry Creek, Hilltop & Crestmoor communities throughout the 50s, 60s, and 70s — communities that later became central to much of Gregory’s young life.

Prior to real estate, Gregory helped build several technology-oriented disruptors in the international trade intelligence space, media and entertainment, international shipping, and real estate technology.

Most notably, Gregory built a creator focused digital advertising agency called Fullscreen with his brother, taking the company from a couple of guys in a Santa Monica apartment to a Billion dollar global enterprise with more than 1,000 employees worldwide, and ultimately an acquisition from AT&T. Along the way, he became a guest lecturer and speaker at UCLA, USC, and several industry panels worldwide, as well as a Juror for the Emmys.

After over a decade in the tech and media industries, Gregory ventured into real estate, first with Compass Corporate, and then later as an agent specializing in select neighborhoods in Denver, Cherry Hills and Greenwood Village.

Gregory leverages his experience in advertising with marquee brands like Coca-Cola, Budweiser, and AT&T to create memorable marketing campaigns for his listings. Beyond that, clients enjoy his operational fluidity and vigor, ensuring both his buyers and sellers are protected throughout each step of the contract.

In his free time, he contributes as a co-chair to his 501c3 non-profit, plays sports, chess, learns foreign languages (5 and counting!), and spends time with his beautiful wife, Natália, and son Vincent.
