Gregory Santos

Informed by a background in finance and years of experience in construction, Gregory has a nuanced understanding of various facets of Bay Area real estate.

Armed with experience as a general contractor and project manager, Gregory has built properties from the ground up and managed the remodeling of large commercial spaces throughout the region. Among Gregory’s favorite tasks as a real estate agent are helping clients buy their first home and assisting investors to find value in dilapidated properties while enriching underserved communities.

An active member within his community, Gregory has volunteered with the American Red Cross during wildfire relief efforts and participates in numerous charitable events as a member of his local Masonic Lodge. As a board member of his Homeowners Association Gregory donates hours of his time helping neighbors and assisting with repairs in his neighborhood.
