"Greg was amazing to work with on buying my first home! He found my dream home on our first day working together and we were able to tour it same day. We also offered same day and he was able to easily handle everything quickly and my offer was accepted! Apparently he presented the offer very attractively to the seller to where they accepted in a competitive market, so I was able to beat out any other offers. After acceptance of the offer, Greg was able to negotiate some great sellers credits and concessions that really sweetened the deal on my buyers end and I felt very well cared for during the entire process!
