About Staci

Staci Zampa is a top-producing and award-winning agent in Stamford CT, her hometown which she proudly serves.

As a founding Compass agent with over 20 years of experience and over $700 million in closed transactions, Staci possesses extraordinary knowledge of the real estate market. Her skill set is broad and multifaceted: with a prior career owning and operating one of the most successful floral companies in NYC, Staci is an expert floral designer and stager, one of many ways she applies a hands-on commitment to every listing she represents, along with orchestrating photography, videography, copywriting, contract negotiation and accessing her vast professional network.

Staci’s network provides an indispensable advantage to her clients. It begins with Staci’s social media presence, with 20,000 followers via email, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. As an early adopter of Compass’ powerful platform and technology, Staci has the upperhand when finding on and off-market inventory and prospecting buyers for her listings. When not selling real estate, Staci is an active member of the Stamford community, which she affectionately refers to as, “a big city that lives like a small town.” She and The Staci Zampa Team support local Stamford businesses and events such as the Hey Stamford Food Festival, and are members of the Stamford Chamber of Commerce. Staci also founded Women of Stamford in 2021, a women’s support group which now boasts nearly 10K followers. Her beloved son graduated from Tulane and is going for his doctorate in Chinese studies, and her cherished daughter is a junior at The Ohio State.
