About Grant
Grant Bixby and Bixby Residential Group navigated to Compass in late 2017. Over the past 20 years, Bixby’s team has transacted more than $600 million in sales. Bixby attributes this success to the long-term relationships he has cultivated, based a foundation of trust, with clients and colleagues alike.

Bixby is a fifth-generation Californian descended from real estate pioneers who began ranching and farming before becoming developers. This strong personal connection to real estate led him to a degree in Urban Planning & Development from Stanford University. His studies of architecture and design, environmental sciences, land planning, and economics all enhance his ability to evaluate strengths and weaknesses of neighborhoods and individual properties, and how to best market them. Over his lifetime, Bixby has watched closely as his family managed and developed residential, office/industrial, and retail property through Bixby Land Company. That exposure benefits his coastal Orange County clients, resulting in sound real estate decisions.

Education and experience are nothing without passion. Bixby loves selling real estate because he loves helping people. He takes great pride in guiding his clients through the acquisition and disposition of their most important investments. He shares with Compass a love of utilizing the latest in Internet marketing, data analytics, social media, film, photography, and mobile app technologies that result in unmatched presentation and superior sales results. Bixby lives with his wife, Heidi, and two college aged children in Newport Beach. For fun, he spends time with family and friends enjoying water and mountain sports, live performances of music and theater, reading, writing, and educational travel.
