"We were blessed to have Graham as our realtor. He was assigned to us through Zillow, as we were “just looking” for a ranch home for the future. Graham came prepared with area information, housing information, and the latest documentation in realty sales. Much to our surprise, Graham was never a point of pressure on us to purchase what we saw. He pointed out the positives of the homes but also brought to our attention features that we were unaware of…who does that? His honesty struck us as a character trait not often associated with sales people. They are “in it” for their income. Graham is “in it” for you. You are the most important person in his business; your goals, your requests, your future and your happiness. We found a home on Zillow at 9 AM and at 4PM we were walking through the dream home. "Where do I begin? Graham Manges was our realtor on the purchase of our new home. I first made contact with Graham about 2 years ago when we originally were looking at relocating to the Downers Grove area. Graham did a thorough search for me back then and we communicated for several months regarding the Downers Grove area. As months went by, my husband and I decided to wait out the home search in preparation of the birth of our daughter. Graham understood completely and said he'd be there when we were ready to begin again. Fast forward another six months and I contacted Graham once again to start the home search. We had no idea what area we were interested in living and Graham was very patient and took us around to many different suburbs. We looked at countless houses. We even met with a few builders on a possible new home build. Months went by and Graham was there through it all.
