Grace has been gravitated to real estate career by her passion for the industry and love for helping clients accumulate generational wealth via real estate. Grace spent her early life in Shanghai, Tokyo, London, and New York for study and work before moving to San Francisco Bay Area, where she instantly felt belonging and finally settled on the Peninsula as her permanent home. The beauty, the life styles, and the diversity of different cultures make the Bay Area such an attractive and exotic locale, which also explains why it attracts waves of new migrant decades after decades. Grace is energized by working with clients of all different culture background.
Prior to her real estate career, Grace enjoyed a rewarding career in both banking and consulting industries as an external & internal IT advisor & auditor. She brings in many qualities that give her competitive edge in her real estate career. These include her high standard for quality of services, project management skills, critical thinking, high focus and efficiency and result driven approaches. Grace obtained her master degree in Information Systems at London School of Economics in London. She speaks English, Mandarin and Japanese.
She is a snowboarder and indoor rock-climber. These days, in her spare time, she plunges in economy columns, real estate news or meetings.
