Since 2005, Grace Ng Rahmé has successfully co-led the Rahmé team (named one of Real Trends top 1.5% teams in the country) and represented a broad range of clients and properties, from first time home buyers to seasoned investors and from gut rehabs to new developments. With an impressive variety of skills acquired while putting herself through undergrad and law school, clients find Grace’s holistic approach to real estate invaluable and describe her as knowledgeable, honest, and possessing strong communication skills. Born Singaporean, raised Californian, and a Brooklyner by choice, Grace currently resides in a townhome in Bay Ridge that she and her husband and business partner, Fouad Rahmé, designed and renovated. While she has built a reputation for setting records in emerging neighborhoods like Crown Heights and assisting buyers in finding the best value throughout all five boroughs, as a former decade-long resident in Carroll Gardens and Park Slope, Grace has thorough knowledge of the downtown Brooklyn and surrounding areas and also loves sharing all that Bay Ridge has to offer. With experience investing in real estate on a global level, clients looking outside of NYC rely on Grace as a trusted real estate adviser who can connect them with the best local agent and help streamline the complex process.
Grace is committed to helping everyone love where they live, which she believes comes from creating strong communities that provide enriching experiences to everyone. An active member of her community, Grace currently serves as a PTA executive board member and Girl Scout Troop leader; she has also volunteered teaching yoga and meditation to children and seniors. Some of the experiences and activities Grace enjoys with her family include, cooking, playing piano, skiing, SCUBA diving, flying trapeze, going to the theater, and exploring museums, parks, and restaurants in different neighborhoods. As an international family who loves to travel and experience all cultures, English, German, and Mandarin are regularly spoken in the Rahmé home, along with the occasional Lebanese, and French.
Grace is fluent in English, conversant in Mandarin Chinese, and is a Co-Founder of the Rahmé Team. Formerly a licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey, Grace has retired and now only practices law on a pro bono basis.
