"In three words Grace Perez can be described as knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Grace helped my wife and I purchase our first home in the budget range and with the square footage we were looking for. Early on Grace showed us a few houses that we requested and she listened to what my wife and I were looking for. She then worked to find homes that included what we wanted at a price point that we liked. When it came down to it, she was to not only able find the house that we loved, but also negotiate to get the price down with additional credit from the seller towards our closing costs. I find that pretty remarkable in the Northern VA market. She maintained frequent contact with us throughout the process via calls, email, and texts.
