An expert in luxury residential real estate, Tracy began her career over 26 years ago and has become one of the top producing agents in Southern California with a special emphasis on coastal communities from Malibu to San Clemente. Tracy has been involved in over 1,000 transactions throughout her career. Tracy's business began in Atlanta, where she worked with a custom home builder and learned the intricate details of home construction. She knew then she had found her calling and trained with a top producing agent to learn the art of negotiating and other secrets to success. Her hard work, persistence and salesmanship created other opportunities with top developers in the country, including The Related Group, where she gained her high-rise and condo expertise.

After moving to Southern California in 2006, Tracy immediately began creating a name for herself in the real estate world here.
