Gioia Zwack

Gioia has been actively involved with the residential real estate market in Manhattan for over 36 years. She is known for making what can be an arduous process interesting and fun, and is a thorough, imaginative and hardworking advocate for her clients. Gioia never considers her work as sales, but as teamwork with a common goal. The positive experiences she and her clients have had over the years reflect that. Many of Gioia's clients are referrals, and often the hunt for a home or the sale of a home has led to life long friendships between her and her clients. That said, the real estate market is very competitive and Gioia firmly holds her own in the marketplace, for example, by consistently winning the bidding wars she is in.

Gioia has an unusual background having grown up and been educated in New York City (The Spence School), Italy and Austria. She holds both US and EU passports and is tri-lingual (English, German and Italian) and conversant in French. She also has a marketing certificate from NYU. In the cultural world Gioia represented the World Monuments Fund to Austria, the Czech Republic and Hungary for several important projects. She also organized and managed an art installation project for the Thyssen Bornemissza Art Contemporary Museum which travelled through the Balkans on the Danube.
