Gina holds a B.S. degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of San Francisco. Prior to getting her real estate license, Gina worked for family firm, Nibbi Bros. Construction as director of marketing. Gina is well-versed in all facets of real estate including investing, real estate development, and property management. She has experience in multiunit residential construction and manages her own investment portfolio. Gina’s wide network of resources are value-added assets for her clients.
Following a Nibbi tradition of community involvement, Gina is deeply committed to the community. A portion of every commission earned goes to the Compass Community Fund. A past board member of the YMCA, Gina served on the Property Committee. She serves on the Executive Committee for the Boys Town of Italy, a notably recognized American charity in service abroad since 1945. Gina is also active in local civic affairs and city planning issues. Mayor Willie L. Brown appointed her to the nine-member San Francisco Old Mint Task Force, which oversaw the RFP process for the rehabilitation and reuse of the historic Old Mint.
In addition to real estate, Gina enjoys yoga, running, is a lifelong Giants fan, and enjoys spending time with her close-knit family and friends. Her personable nature puts one at ease and comfortable with her.
