About Gina

I’m a Florida native who grew up in Ft. Lauderdale and moved to Boca Raton in 1985 when I began my real estate career.  Initially I sold homes for Florida’s #1 Builder but quickly changed to general real estate and have been hooked since.  My father was a South Florida real estate developer and my mother an interior designer so property and homes and what you can do with them has always been an interest of mine. When working with buyers it is easy for me to point out the possibilities that they may not notice.

My areas of expertise are South Florida (Highland Beach, Boca Raton & Delray Beach) beach properties where I've assisted 100's of buyers and sellers for the past decade. I also market intimate beach towns in Central Florida such as New Smyrna Beach, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach and surrounding areas.  For the past 11 years my area of expertise has been the properties along A1A located in Highland Beach between Boca Raton to the south and Delray Beach to the north.  I relocated to New Smyrna Beach in early 2021 to be closer to family and enjoy a slower way of life. 

After a quick phone call with a prospective buyer I am able to identify what lifestyle and community will best suit them.  The demand for expert advise and hands-on assistance from point of sale through to closing resulted in the formation of the Florida Beach Group and my partnership with fellow Compass agent and real estate dynamo, Maximo Cortese.
