GiGi Rouland

Gigi, a graduate of UGA, has lived in Atlanta for over 30 years (Midtown and Buckhead) and has immersed herself in all aspects of Atlanta Arts, History, and Culture. She now calls Buckhead home, has lived in Peachtree Heights West, and currently resides in Tuxedo Park with her beloved adopted hound, Grits. Gigi has been on the Tuxedo Park Civic Association Board of Directors for years and is currently serving as Past President. She is passionate about real estate and design, and she is also an avid history buff. Due to this, she has expertise in historic Atlanta homes and a strong devotion to famed architects Neel Reid, Philip Trammell Shultze, and Lewis Crook.

When Gigi's daughters were born, she prioritized her family and took a break from her professional career. However, her passion as a Community Leader never waned. She continued to work and volunteer extensively for Boards of Directors, Schools, and Civic Associations. Her dedication to her community is evident in her current and previous roles on several neighborhood and non-profit Boards serving Atlanta. Now that her daughters are older, she has rekindled her lifelong passion for real estate.

Gigi has a dynamic resume - a former Consulting Actuary, Software and Cybersecurity Business Development Executive, Sales, and Marketing Director (International and Domestic), and is currently an Angel Investor in technology. Her most notable talent, however, is working with people to create lifelong relationships with the utmost level of care, diligence, and professionalism. She will combine all of her business expertise, community relations, neighborhood experience, and love of homes and architecture to find not only your perfect home but to also maximize your most significant financial investment and start you on your way to home equity!
