About Gerard
Gerard works with both buyers and sellers in the Middle TN market. He has represented both buyers and sellers on small tracts of land as well as multi-million dollar luxury homes. A licensed broker, he was previously the principal broker of a firm where he mentored and led 40 agents. Gerard has always been one to work with people. Previously, he was the Director of North America Wholesale Distribution Operations for Under Armour from 2011-2018, and he moved to Mt. Juliet in 2015 to open their new distribution facility, bringing over 1,000 jobs to the city. He was recognized as the 2019 Businessman of the Year by the Mount Juliet Chamber of Commerce. Prior to his time with Under Armour, Bullock was Director of Transportation and Hub Operations for UPS from 1997-2011. Gerard is a member of The Board of Trustees of The Ensworth School in Nashville, serves on the Board of Second Harvest Food Bank where he is the Chairman of the Operations and Technology Committee and is President and Chairman of the Board of the Mt. Juliet Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Board of Wilson Rides, and is a graduate of Leadership Wilson. Gerard and his wife Sara, the owner of MeTime Drop-In Childcare, have four children, Gerard Jr, a football player at Austin Peay State University , Gianna, a Heptathlete at the University of Oregon, and two at home Gabi and Gage
