"Exceptional service from beginning to end. Georgia's knowledge of the area was helpful, she was available to answer any, and all questions for us. The absolute best Real Estate experience we have ever had. I would recommend her to any friends or family members."
- Jane Gilroy, Seller

★★★★★
"Georgia guided us through the sale of our family home. She provided us with valued expertise in a professional, yet personable manner. She always prepared us for each step of the way. Best of all, she was great emotional support for me as I made this emotional, but fulfilling transition. No matter, how small my concern, she treated it seriously, and made sure I felt comfortable. Having Georgia as an agent was truly a wonderful experience"
- Seller in Kirkland

"Georgia is an absolute rockstar and delightful human being. She helped me find the house of my dreams in no-time. Her knowledge of the local area, attention to her clients wishes, and end to end communications is super impressive. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home."
- Linda Pools, Buyer

★★★★★
"My partner and I used Georgia to buy our first home, and we really could not say enough wonderful things about her. We hit the tail end of the crazy crazy real estate madness that was Seattle for the last several years. We got in several bidding wars, spent a lot of weekends looking, and got quite discouraged. Yet there was one reason we did not give up, and that was because of Georgia. She was a vibrant light that guided us through an exhaustive process. She has been in the business for awhile now and her knowledge and experience really showed through. She was incredibly responsive and tactful in her negotiating and it really felt like we had a champion in the ring fighting for us. We valued, respected and enjoyed her opinion and also had a lot of fun. We felt fortunate to have her our side"

About Georgia Lee
2024 marks her 21st year selling residential real estate in Seattle and the Greater Eastside. Georgia is the ultimate partner for end to end project management helping buyers and sellers in a competitive marketplace. For Sellers that translates to a higher sales price, navigating and avoiding hurdles to smooth sale and better than average close rates.  For Buyers, they can count on value analysis, inspection review and how to write a competitive winning offer.

Georgia is a 2nd Generation Realtor having started in the business while completing her Bachelor of Arts in Communication at SPU.  She is an expert in residential homes and condos, inspection analysis, and first time home buyers and investment opportunities. She is also the 2020 past president of Seattle King County Realtors, a professional association that advocates for the interests of realtors and their clients. As the association president during COVID, Georgia was paramount to the state and local leadership team that helped to declare Realtors "essential" during the pandemic.

Georgia's approach to real estate is client-oriented and results-driven. She does not chase the deal; rather, she focuses on people's best interests and provides a smooth, satisfying process for everyone she represents. She is passionate about engaging and educating public officials on new laws and policies that affect the real estate industry.

She is currently serving as Chair for the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Leadership Identification and Development committee.

A fun fact is that Georgia has a background as an NFL cheerleader for the Seattle Seahawks and cheered the team on for three years, including one year as squad captain and was named "Sea Gal of the Year" by her peers and coach in 2008.

Grit and tenacity are trademarks of her character. Having completed 14 half marathons, and one full, Georgia knows what it takes to start and finish strong, and resist the temptation to give up.

Kirkland is her home base, and she lives there with her husband and 3 adorable children where she spends her free time chasing them and riding Peloton. whenever possible.
