Admittedly, I haven’t read any of the others, but I’m sure I already know what they say and that they’re accurate (the nicest guy, goes the extra mile, honest, etc.). I will add that Geoff is particularly good at talking you down if you’re the kind of person who’s prone to making hasty decisions, or giving you a push in the right direction if you’re the kind of person who suffers from analysis paralysis. He’s patient. Buying a home (especially from out of state) can be a stressful experience, so having someone with a steady hand in your corner is reassuring.
