Garrett is a consummate professional whose strong background as an attorney complements his real estate career. Prior to following his passion into real estate, Garrett gained invaluable experience working with national mortgage clientele and honing a proficiency in loan origination and residential mortgage loans, in addition to foreclosure, insurance and bankruptcy. Combining formidable negotiation skills and a lawyer's eye for detail, Garrett analyzes each property by drawing on his substantial market knowledge, trained instinct and experience in order to consistently secure the best possible deals for his clients.

Raised in Georgia, Garrett was drawn to New York by the sheer magnetism of life in the city. He has been a Manhattan resident ever since graduating from law school, and currently lives in NoHo. In addition to exploring the city's architectural treasures, Garrett's passions include traveling the Mediterranean both by land and by sea and practicing his Italian whenever he can. A disciplined and dedicated tennis player in his youth, Garrett also enjoys taking advantage of living in New York by attending the U.S. Open.
