"Gail Mock is an excellent realtor. Gail is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, ethical, kind, helpful, accommodating, responsive, and extremely honest. He is delightful to work with in every way possible. Gail answers questions directly and forthrightly. He pointed out things about both the house that I was buying and the home I was selling that I was not aware of including the good/assets and the potentially bad/problematic. Gail listened carefully to my requirements and desires for my new house regarding size, layout, and location. He kept me up to date on new listings, and took me to the homes I chose to see. He helped me find professionals to help me prepare my home for sale. Gail worked well with the agent for the sellers of my new house and the agent for the buyers of my home of 36 years as well as the title companies. Natalie Mock was also excellent supporting me through the purchase and sale of these 2 homes. She is equally delightful, helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable. I previously bought the home I sold with Gail as my agent. He also was the agent when my parents bought their home, and again when I sold it after their deaths. When I decided to buy a new house and sell my old home, Gail and Natalie were my 1st and only choice for who I would use as my realtors!"

"Gail did a truly excellent job in organizing the sale of our house. He was well informed about the Boulder housing market, so he was able to advise us well on when to put the house on the market. He knew many other realtors in the neighborhood and so was able to bring our property to their attention in an effective way. He did a thorough, informal evaluation of the property, so we had a good idea of what we could expect, and the final sale came in only slightly above his value. He was a skillful negotiator in taking advantage of a second offer that came in, so we were not beaten down in the price during negotiations. And he carried off the whole operation in a way that minimized our hassle and give us a great sales price within a couple of weeks of putting the house on the market. I don't see how anyone could have done a better job, and he was a pleasure to work with at every turn." - Richard

"We have had many great experiences with Gail. I believe his results and steadfastness throughout the years speak much more highly than anything I could say here. I recommend him to all that have real estate needs. Natalie was a great addition to our house sale. She is very capable and was so encouraging every step of the way."

"After having our house on the market for quite a few months in 2010, we listed our house with Gail in Feburary 2011, and in just 8 days we were under contract. Gail did a great job getting the house ready to sell and taking us through the process to final closing. Great social responsibility, too. Gail is active in the community and supports educators like us with reasonable closing costs. We recommend him without hesitation." - John

"We (my partner and I) moved to Boulder from Boston in November 2010. But we didn't have a lot of time to do it: Sold our house in Boston the first day it was on the market, and had to scramble to find a place in Boulder. Gail and his assistant Natalie were just amazing: insightful, patient, proactive, and all around wonderful realtors AND people. We've dealt with many realtors in our lives, but could not imagine ever dealing with anyone else in the future. Highly, highly recommended." - Fintan
