On the day I met her to discuss potentially selling my condo, she came prepared on short notice with a comprehensive market analysis for my building, for the neighborhood, with a marketing plan, and provided an honest assessment of what she thought the unit could get and what scenarios might cause that to increase.

Once I chose to hire her as my agent, she quickly assembled a highly-capable team to work on getting everything done so we could show the place in time to get offers before Memorial Day. Gabrielle and her project manager Lacey got done way more than I ever could have coordinating things myself. Throughout the process, they did a good job of both managing vendors and managing me.

The staging and photo vendors that she works with are top-notch and did an amazing job making a small studio look modern and in the best light possible (literally and metaphorically) including having the photographer wait for a few hours to capture twilight and night photos of the unit views.

4 open houses were conducted in the span of about a week and a half enabling a large group of potential buyers to see the unit and consider bids for an offer date. I was *VERY* satisfied with the representation and work on the offer date. When you're in a real estate transaction, on either side, you want to be on the side represented by Gabrielle!
