"I can’t begin to thank you enough for all your recent support and guidance on the successful sale of my condo. Your guidance on listing price, timeline, property preparation, and execution of sale without requiring a trip back to Boston was greatly appreciated. The condo was rather unoriginal and required the eye of real professionals to present it so beautifully. "Y'all, this review is about to be cheesy good. I love love LOVED working with the g2Team to sell my Somerville house. Terrie, Scott and Marius are a dream. They made selling my house a super easy process, walked me through everything, answered questions I didn't even know I had, and basically took care of EVERYTHING. There are so many things when selling that are a pain in the butt - overseeing contractors, staging, junk removal, etc - and g2 handled all of that for me. So much stress - gone! The quality of how they transformed my house for the market was also just stunning! NGL, my house needed some love. g2 coordinated a cleanup/painting/staging that turned the house into the most charming cottage ever. And the return on that paid out in spades. We got so much over asking price that my jaw literally still drops thinking about it. Lastly, I want to note that it was a real convenience for me to have not one agent working for me, but 3.
