About Fred
I bring a resourceful approach to helping clients through every stage of the real estate
transaction- focusing intensely on providing exceptional service, attention to detail and hard
work. I make it my personal goal to make sure that I understand my clients' wishes and guide the
process to meet their specific needs. Originally from New York, I have been in the Denver area
off and on for over 25 years. My wife and I moved back to Denver in 2002 and we have
watched the city transform before our eyes.
In addition to my work as a real estate agent, I’m part owner of a development company. I have relationships with master tradesmen and skilled labor that can make a big difference when it comes time to prepare your for market, deal with inspection items and assess potential renovation projects. My phone rings every day with past buyers and sellers looking for reliable help on projects around the and for referrals ranging from pest control to meetings with city council members.
I live in beautiful Park Hill with my wife and our three children. You can find us sipping coffee at Spinelli’s, having a glass of wine on the patio at Neighbors, attending a school play at McAuliffe Middle School or riding our bikes to Jazz in the Park. When the sun is shining we like to take the drift boat out of storage and float down the Upper Colorado or Roaring Fork river, often with a fly rod in hand. When the snow flies we are up on the slopes hunting for powder stashes in the trees or soaking in the hot tub.
