I began my journey at Compass 15 years ago as a part-time receptionist for Alain Pinel Realtors while pursuing my college education. At the time, our Burlingame office was much smaller, with around 60 agents and only half the size it is today. 

After graduating from San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Business Administration in 2012, I leveraged my newly acquired skills and knowledge to advance in my career. I worked tirelessly to gain experience and quickly climbed the ranks, first as an Escrow Administrator, then as an Agent Experience Manager. My dedication to providing exceptional service to our agents and their clients led to my promotion as Associate Sales Manager in 2021.  

When Compass acquired Alain Pinel in 2019, I was thrilled to continue my journey with the company. Today, I am honored to manage the largest and highest-producing office in San Mateo county. Together with Joanne Wondolowski and Dino Virella, we oversee a team of over 300 and are committed to providing unparalleled service and support to our agents.
