"Forrest was extremely helpful, calm, and responsive while we searched for our first home. The journey was longer than expected, but Forrest made it more enjoyable with his calm composure and diligent work ethic. He really looked after us through each step and wasn't bothered answering the same question over and over again. I really felt like Forrest was honest with his opinions, but professional with his advice. We would definitely recommend Forrest if you're in the market to win!

"Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Forrest Johnson in buying a home in Denver. He immediately understood what we were looking for and focused his efforts on narrowing our search for properties that met our criteria. He was particularly good at communicating with both the selling agents and us, which was invaluable in making a successful offer. His follow through during the inspection period through the closing was first-class and showed his dedication to making the deal happen. Forrest is a pleasure to work with and we happily recommend him and will certainly count on his help for future real estate deals.

"All of the other reviews say it all, Forrest is a fantastic realtor. We worked with Forrest to purchase our first home - a process which I was expecting to be extremely painful, but he was there every step of the way, always quick to respond to questions, provide insight and keep us positive. I would definitely work with Forrest again and highly recommend him.

"If you're looking for a stern suit, Forrest is not your guy. But if you're looking for a relaxed person with more than sufficient market insight to guide you through the process like an old friend, Forrest is the person for you. Forrest brings a unique, contractor-like perspective to the home buying. His expertise enables a buyer to successfully purchase a house and unlock it's true potential by knowing the difficulty and effectiveness of various interior enhancements. He also has the contractor network to get the job done. He was a true buddy throughout the process and I'm excited to have him over at my new home"

"My husband and I bought a house with Forrest's assistance last week! He was awesome! The process was seamless, his communication was quick and efficient, and was flexible with showing us all the houses we wanted to check out. We were referred to him by a friend and now we recommend everyone should buy a home with Forrest!! Thank you!"

"We started the housing search with some general curiosity of what was out there and a sense of what we were looking for -- enter Forrest! Forrest helped us find our dream home and get out into new neighborhoods that weren't originally on our mind to figure out where we wanted to be and what we were looking for in a house. We valued his honest perspective and appreciated how much he asked questions to draw out ours. It was such a fun and enjoyable process to work with Forrest and find our new home!" - Virginia

"Forrest sold my Lohi home in just a couple days for over ask. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and was very responsive and knowledgeable on the Denver market. Would definitely use Forrest again - whether to purchase or sell another home!" - Meghan
Forrest was born in the bluegrass hills of Kentucky, but spent the majority of his formative years growing up in a small town in Indiana. He graduated from Lebanon High School in 2003 and went on to study Communication at DePauw University. While attending DePauw, Forrest was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and he spent a semester abroad in New Castle, Australia. After graduating from DPU in the spring of 2007, Forrest packed his Suzuki Sidekick with the few possessions he had and moved to Denver as soon as he could.
Forrest quickly fell in love with Denver’s parks, unique and diverse neighborhoods, great food and nightlife, and everything else this amazing city has to offer. Coming from the midwest, where many homes are vinyl-sided and cookie cutter, Forrest was also drawn to Denver’s architectural diversity and uniqueness. From the 1880s Queen Anne's to the 1960s Frank Loyd Wright’s, Denver’s homes embody the transitional growth that occured as more and more Americans moved west.
After working in a variety of industries, Forrest decided to bring to his passion and experience in sales and client service to the real estate industry. He took the real estate exam and became a realtor in June 2013. He spent his first six years with Madison & Company Properties where he was named Rookie of the Year, Golden Key Winner for 2018 sales, and went on to make the top 10 of their monthly agent ranking numerous times.
Forrest is a social guy who really enjoys being around people. With a strong knowledge of home systems and construction, Forrest also brings a keen eye to the table for his clients, whether buying or selling. He identifies possible issues in a home’s structure as well as possibilities for future improvements, understands renovations and associated costs, and most importantly, he coaches his clients in making wise financial decisions. Forrest is passionate about his work, enjoys the people he gets to meet along the way, and especially appreciates working with clients who will ultimately become friends. From the first tour to the final sale, Forrest is committed to helping his clients make sound investments for their wallets and their families.
