About Flora
With her unique experiences and perspectives, Flora Qu can turn challenging real estate transactions into seamless ones. Specializing in homebuyers, Flora is an advisor and cheerleader as much as an agent, carefully walking clients through the process while ensuring their utmost confidence.
Originally from China, Flora graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an engineering degree. Her previous careers as an industrial engineer, data analyst, and Bay Area reporter equipped her with the skills of a shrewd agent, including analytical thinking and deep insights into the region's neighborhoods. She moved to the Bay Area in 2011, bought her first property that year, and sold it a few years later at double the value. After repeating that success with a second property, Flora's friends began seeking her real estate advice, and she eventually earned her license.
Flora wanted to use her worthwhile experiences and successes to help others achieve the same security and financial freedom as she has. She's also a polyglot who speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Japanese.
