Whether working through an Inspection contingency or resolving a problem at a rental property, Fletcher takes care to expand his depth of knowledge involving the many facets of homeownership. The Caldwells also own and manage rental property in Green Hills. Fletcher is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, and is a proud homeowner in the Crieve Hall neighborhood. He enjoys being outdoors, whether that is showing property with Lizzy, going to the lake, fishing, hunting, or hiking through Radnor and Warner parks. The Caldwells have two young children; a daughter, Rosie, and a son, Willie. Spending time together as family is what he enjoys most!
