About Ferree

Ferree is a native Texan and brings more than 29 years of Austin real estate industry experience to Realty Austin. Ferree's attention to detail, organization, and extensive real estate experience set her apart. She works diligently to ensure smooth and successful buying and selling experiences from beginning to end. She coordinates and diligently follows up with agents, lenders, surveyors, and title companies. Timelines and deadlines are important in real estate. Ferree understands the urgency and importance of staying on task. Ferree helps her clients understand every aspect of the sale or purchase, guides them through the real estate transaction, and more.

While attending Texas Tech University, Ferree started working part-time at a Lubbock real estate firm. It was there that Ferree's love of the real estate industry began. She was a member of Delta Delta Delta (Tri-Delta) Sorority and earned her BBA in accounting from Texas Tech. After graduation, Ferree worked as a property leasing professional, then a loan processor, and later a loan officer. This experience helped prepare her for a career in the title business. It takes a very special individual like Ferree to be an Escrow Officer. She is loyal, compassionate, and does everything within her power to help see a transaction through. These characteristics helped Ferree earn the reputation of being one of the best. Many agents sought Ferree out to handle their real estate transactions, because of her extensive experience and their trust in her. In 2019 she received her GRI Certification.

Ferree enjoys giving back to her community and has served as a member of the Junior League of Austin. She currently is volunteering with the Ladies of Charity at the Lake Travis Thrift Store. She and Chris, an attorney and her husband of 24 years, moved from Central Austin to the Lake Travis area in 2003. They have a daughter who is thriving at Lake Travis High School. Ferree and their daughter are members of the National Charity League of Lake Travis and enjoy volunteering together. In her personal time, Ferree likes to be with her family, play tennis, travel, read, and volunteer.
