​​ A career in real estate was virtually inevitable for Mr. Gonzalez. From a young age he ambitiously managed and scaled his family’s real estate investment portfolio throughout the DFW metroplex. For nearly the last 20 years he focused and achieved outstanding success in marketing and consulting exclusive high-density luxury developments across North America. As a real estate broker Fernando has a proven depth of knowledge in high-density development, land acquisition, architectural design, density studies, amenity programming, construction consultation, project management, condominium formation and sales, sales staff management, sales center design, project marketing and much more. Fernando has been an integral part of over $1 Billion in new construction real estate developments and personally involved in over $500 million in condominium and single-family home sales as Vice President, Broker and Partner with his former firm.
