"I cannot say enough about Franck Latour if you are looking a partner to help you navigate finding and purchasing a new home. I have lived in New York over 20 plus years and have been in and out of the housing market continuously over the course of those years. I considered myself quite the expert. Like many, I kick myself not buying in the early 90s. When I first met Franck, I shared with him my wish list. Not in your typical fashion of x bedrooms, x baths, x number of square feet. But rather, my “dream home” described in such detail to cause most any real estate broker to fail. Over the course of next few months, Franck and I saw multiple spaces. And, in short order, I actually found several options that met three quarters of my wish list and even made offers on 2 or 3 properties. Franck provided expert advice on how to ensure your offer gets noticed, when to bid conservative, and when to go “all in”; navigating co-ops versus condos; and investing in unique converted churches and warehouse spaces. I will always remember the day I wrote the famous words, “This is the Dream” in reply to one of the spaces we found. At the time, I thought it was out of reach.
