About Faith
Faith’s path to real estate began long before she received her license. Since the young age of ten, she’s been wandering into open houses, captivated by architectural designs and by the different ways people live. Her early fascination led her to a degree in Urban Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, imbued with dreams of a career in urban real estate development.
Tapped by The Bozzuto Group in 2012, a luxury real estate property management company, Faith specialized in selling out 400+ unit new developments across Cambridge and the greater Boston area. Working in tandem with developers to create impactful marketing strategies, she was a natural when it came to coaching high-performing sales teams to secure potential buyers.
Faith transitioned to the tech industry as an MBA Campus Recruiter for Wayfair, where she lent her gifts to prospective employees, selling candidates on the Boston area and helping pave the way for their relocation process. An outside-the-box thinker with a love for problem solving, Faith has also focused her energies on functional design solutions. Faith started her own furniture company and designed a multifunctional piece called the VANGO, which won the People’s Choice Award at Wayfair’s Hackathon competition. It’s these early corporate and entrepreneurial experiences that have provided Faith a unique edge in the real estate game.
Faith recently joined Compass’ Denman Drapkin Group, bringing her competitive drive, creative panache, and market knowledge to the celebrated team. A woman of faith, she believes we all have God-given strengths and that they should be used to serve the greater community. For Faith, that’s real estate. She is abundantly aware that relocating can be an emotional experience and works hard to make it as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. At the end of the day, Faith considers it a gift to help usher folks through such momentous life milestones.
While she’s now the one holding open houses, rather than wandering into them, her passion for design and cultivating community remains the same. You’ll find the Kendall Square resident strolling the Charles River Esplanade, in the pool at the Master’s Swim Team at MIT, dining with friends at the many fabulous restaurants throughout the city, or catching the train up to Kennebunkport, Maine to enjoy the beach with her large extended family. Faith is also a member of the Young Catholic Professionals Boston, and she founded the @SorrowToStrength Instagram community to help those experiencing grief start to heal. As her name suggests, she’s all faith.
