With close to 20 years of experience in luxury real estate in the Naples area, Fahada Saad has a proven track record of helping her clients find success in buying and selling their homes. She made Naples her home in 2001 after discovering the beautiful waterfront city in the mid 90’s and moved with her family to a warmer, more inviting climate from their previous home in Omaha, Nebraska. She loved the area so much that she transitioned into real estate and founded The Saad Team where she works alongside her daughter. With a combined 35+ years of experience, their team boasts an unmatched work ethic in serving the luxury needs of her Southwest Florida clientele.

When she is not busy assisting clients with their luxury home buying and selling, Fahada can be found on the golf course, perfecting the game she has been passionate about since age nine. Through she has spent many years in real estate in Southwest Florida, Fahada earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marquette University, and is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
