Evan Segal

Evan Segal, an experienced financial expert and entrepreneur, holds the esteemed position of President and CEO at Segal Financial, LLC, a distinguished commercial loan advisory firm based in Blue Bell, PA.   Established in 2014 by Evan, Segal Financial specializes in providing financing solutions and consulting for business owners and real estate investors across the region.  

With a decade at the helm of Segal Financial, Evan has solidified his reputation as a trusted advisor for individuals navigating the complexities of purchasing or refinancing commercial and residential investment real estate.  Evan has partnered with Compass to expand his abilities to help real estate owners and investors find the best available commercial mortgages and construction loans.

Beyond the realm of finance and real estate, Evan is an active contributor to the community. He currently holds the position of Board Chair at Federation Early Learning Services (FELS), a non-profit organization dedicated to early childhood education with six locations spanning the Philadelphia region. Evan is also on the board of Hebrew Free Loan Society of Greater Philadelphia, a non-profit micro-lender who provides loans to individuals and businesses; and is a proud member of the Jewish Federation Real Estate group (JFRE).

In his personal life, Evan finds joy in spending quality time with his family. A true enthusiast, he enjoys engaging in sports, reveling in music, and exploring the Jersey Shore.  Residing in Blue Bell, PA, with his wife and two children, Evan has seamlessly taken on the role of their personal Uber driver, chauffeuring them to play dates, hangouts, shopping sprees, and travel sports trips. Evan Segal is not only a seasoned financial leader but also a dedicated family man and community advocate.
