About Ethan
Ethan joined Compass in 2018, after founding and operating his own successful brokerage, Goodrich Residential, for many years in the West End. He has 15+ years of real estate experience representing buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Boston area. What sets him apart is his top-tier negotiation skills, analytical approach to the market, and his honesty when supporting clients. Above all, he's known for his easy-going nature which keeps clients always feeling comfortable and confident throughout the entire purchase and sale process.

As a native of the Seacoast Region in New Hampshire, Ethan grew up skiing, playing soccer, and playing baseball (he still carries the ambitious impression that he will be playing professional baseball at some point...for now, his men's softball team will have to do). Currently, he lives in Greater Boston with his talented wife, Katie (of Ivory & Bone Interiors), and his two kids.
