We had been looking for a property for a bit and realized we needed a broker who could get things done quickly as sellers don’t seem to have to wait as there are more buyers than properties. We benefited from Estelle’s great network and she connected us with a great lawyer and home inspector (and an electrician to give us cost certainty and a second opinion on some issues the inspector found). Estelle always available via phone/text/email and jumped right in to fix the normal hiccups that happen when buying a house, and got us to home ownership within a few weeks of finding the property!
