Founding member Erin Watkins-Susser started her career in real estate because she could feel the anxiety and pressure that sellers and buyers were feeling when marketing something that is so important to them. Her Corporate Finance degree allows her to offer smart real estate strategies for both buyers and sellers. Erin’s career in real estate was inspired by the love of houses she gained growing up under the roof of a custom home builder. Seeing high-end homes being built by her father taught her the process, how to identify quality craftsmanship and an appreciation for what makes a home special. Observing the emotional investment clients put into building and moving into a home created a level of compassion that Erin applies today as she strives to find the perfect home that fits the budget, timeline, and must-haves of her clients. A native Coloradan, Erin has spent her entire life in the Rockies. Married to her husband of 15 years, they have lived in several communities in Colorado, from the mountains to Denver and eventually returned to Sedalia where she grew up and is now raising her 3 children.
