We were relocating to LA and found her through a friend of a friend, and we loved the warmth and insight she brought to those early conversations. But it was when we started touring houses and made an offer that we started to really understand just how amazing Erin is. She is a FORCE OF NATURE, and considering what the LA housing market is like right now, you need nothing less than someone as detail-oriented, clever, nurturing, and firm as she is. Erin coached us through a bid process where we were up against 25 other offers on a home that was being sold by a trust with 4 people controlling it.
