For those that know her, it's no surprise what drew Erin to real estate. Her obsession for historic architecture has gained her a reputation as a knowledgeable resource for historic neighborhoods, researching old homes, restoration, and preservation. Whether it was the Colonial and Victorian homes of her New Jersey hometown, the Federal and Gothic Revival style homes during her years in Philadelphia, or the Craftsman bungalows of Los Angeles, her fascination with architecture has always inspired her to take the long way home in search of unique properties.
In 2008, she moved to South LA for its rich history and beautiful homes. After purchasing a 1913 Craftsman, she continued to scan real estate inventory for interesting properties on a daily basis. Due to her extensive knowledge, including HPOZ guidelines and Mills Act benefits, many peers began to seek her guidance in selecting and maintaining their old homes.
Erin prides herself on being sensitive to the emotional components of buying or selling a home, and is committed to gently supporting each client throughout the process. She strives to provide clarity and calm throughout the biggest transaction of their lives.
When not serving her clients, Erin can be found restoring her home, camping and hiking with her husband Tim and their two dogs T-Bone and Olive, and volunteering for local dog rescue Angel City Pit Bulls. She continues to discover new historic pockets of Los Angeles on foot while training for her next marathon.
